The Gualcamayo Mine
The production of Gualcamayo is currently focused on the secondary recovery of its leaching heaps. That is, the ore that was extracted and crushed during the mining operation is now being subjected to re-washing processes to extract the remaining gold.
The final product obtained at Gualcamayo consists of doré metal bars, also called “bullion,” containing primarily gold and silver. This product is entirely exported for its refining and commercialization abroad.
Furthermore, today we are focusing our exploratory efforts under two objectives:
Expand the Deep Carbonates Project
Develop new areas in our mining property that may be productive in the future.
